Luxestate - Modern real estate platform for listings, chat, and subscriptions
Luxestate is a full-stack real estate product for buyers, sellers, and admins. It offers rich property search and filters, role-based dashboards, favorites, realtime chat, notifications, and support tickets. Sellers use subscription plans with listing limits; admins manage users, properties, subscription plans, and platform health. The web app is built with Next.js and shadcn/ui; the backend exposes a structured API for listings, auth, and subscriptions—designed for clarity, performance, and day-to-day operations.

Natours is a production-style travel platform for discovering and booking guided outdoor tours. It features role-based dashboards (user, guide, lead-guide, admin), Stripe checkout integration, booking and review workflows, profile and photo management, tour catalog operations, and responsive modern UI built with Next.js. The backend API uses Express and MongoDB, with media handling via Backblaze B2 and deployment-ready Docker configuration.
