Obinwanne Farms — full-stack farm e-commerce with Paystack, admin ops & branded email

Obinwanne Farms is full-stack farm e-commerce: Next.js UI, Express API, MongoDB. Features include cart and Paystack checkout, user auth and dashboard, admin product/order management, Backblaze B2 for digital downloads, fulfillment and delivery tracking, and transactional email to customers and admins. A contact form notifies the business; emails use branded Pug templates. Contact block is env-driven (address, phone, email, hours, coordinates) with maps, tel, and mailto. Docker Compose for web and API; footer developer credit.

Luxestate is a full-stack real estate product for buyers, sellers, and admins. It offers rich property search and filters, role-based dashboards, favorites, realtime chat, notifications, and support tickets. Sellers use subscription plans with listing limits; admins manage users, properties, subscription plans, and platform health. The web app is built with Next.js and shadcn/ui; the backend exposes a structured API for listings, auth, and subscriptions—designed for clarity, performance, and day-to-day operations.
